By registering for The Needles Fashion Business Webinar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or make any payment.

2. Webinar Details

Event: Fashion Business Webinar
Date: 10th December 2025
Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM IST
Platform: Zoom (link will be provided via email)
Fee: ₹1 (Registration Fee)

3. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). Payment is non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

4. Webinar Access

• Webinar access details will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of payment
• You must use the provided credentials and not share them with others
• The webinar link is valid only for the registered participant
• Recording or redistribution of webinar content is strictly prohibited

5. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Maintain professional and respectful behavior during the webinar
• Not disrupt the session or other participants
• Not record, screenshot, or distribute webinar content without permission
• Comply with the moderator's instructions

6. Intellectual Property

All webinar content, including presentations, materials, and recordings, are the intellectual property of The Needles. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for:

• Having a stable internet connection
• Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
• Zoom application installed and updated
• Testing audio and video settings before the webinar

We are not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

The Needles reserves the right to:

• Cancel or reschedule the webinar due to unforeseen circumstances
• In case of cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• In case of rescheduling, participants will be notified via email

9. Limitation of Liability

The Needles is not liable for:

• Any damages or losses arising from participation in the webinar
• Technical issues, connectivity problems, or platform failures
• Any business decisions made based on webinar content
• Third-party services (Zoom, payment gateway, etc.)

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

12. Governing Law
