Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: Please read this policy carefully before making a payment for the Fashion Business Webinar.
1. Registration Fee
The registration fee for the Fashion Business Webinar is ₹1. This is a nominal fee to confirm your participation and secure your seat.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Participant-Initiated Cancellation
Due to the nominal registration fee and administrative costs, refunds are generally not provided for participant-initiated cancellations. However, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
- Medical Emergency: With valid medical documentation
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the webinar due to issues from our end
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made multiple payments
2.2 Organizer-Initiated Cancellation
If The Needles cancels the webinar due to unforeseen circumstances:
- Full refund will be processed to all registered participants
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Participants will be notified via email
2.3 Webinar Rescheduling
If the webinar is rescheduled:
- Your registration remains valid for the new date
- If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the rescheduling notification
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (for eligible cases), please contact us within 24 hours of registration:

Include: Payment ID, Order ID, and reason for refund
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approval: Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit: The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- If you miss the webinar due to your own schedule conflict
- Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.)
- Failure to check email for webinar access details
- Change of mind after registration
- If you violate the Terms & Conditions and are removed from the webinar
6. Payment Gateway Charges
In case of refunds, payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Failed Transactions
If your payment is deducted but the registration is not confirmed:
- Contact us immediately with your transaction details
- The amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days if the transaction genuinely failed
- Most failed transactions are auto-reversed by the bank within 5-7 days
